A Most Favoured Nation Clause (MFNC)
A Most Favoured Nation (MFN) clause is in place, ensuring that Funding for Innovators receives the same terms as any future investors. If you later agree to terms with another investor that are more advantageous than those in our current agreement, those improved terms will automatically be extended to Funding for Innovators as well.
Conversion of the Loan
The loan will automatically convert upon the first equity financing round or at the four-year maturity date, whichever occurs first.
