A former Roland Berger consultant with a PhD in molecular biology, Konstantin is a master of capital strategy for science and technology organizations. He has advised leading European research institutions like EMBL and the Helmholtz Centre, and previously managed one of Germany's most successful university fundraising campaigns at TU Munich.

A former strategy consultant for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Stefan is an expert in operationalizing startup success. As MD and COO of UnternehmerTUM, he is responsible for the entire founder journey, from early-stage incubation to managing renowned acceleration programs that drive scalable innovation across Europe.

Named "Investor of the Year 2025" by the German Startup Association, Inga is a recognized leader in early-stage (deep-)tech investing. A former Boston Consulting Group (BCG) consultant, she later led sales strategy at MAN Truck & Bus, giving her a profound understanding of the enterprise landscape. This unique blend of strategic and corporate expertise makes her an invaluable partner for B2B founders.

Mauricio brings a unique, founder-first perspective to our team, having been an early shaper of a climate-tech startup himself. This hands-on experience, combined with his academic background from Imperial College London (MSc, Entrepreneurship) allows him to partner with founding teams with genuine empathy and strategic insight.

Paolo brings a powerful combination of financial rigor from his M&A experience at Eight Advisory and enterprise tech expertise from his work on cloud strategy at Microsoft. He earned his Bachelor's degree, Cum Laude, from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and completed his Master's degree at TU Munich in an accelerated three semesters.

Phillip combines experience from BMW’s Startup Garage, which pioneered the corporate “venture client” model, with  investment analysis from his time at DTCP in Silicon Valley, a growth equity fund with over $1B in AUM. Drawing on his Master’s in Management & Technology from TU Munich, gives him a unique lens for identifying and supporting the next generation of deep-tech founders.

Tobias is curious about how novel technologies can improve our lives in the future. He is in the final stages of his Master’s in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics. Tobias has experience in the R&D departments of CureVac and Siemens Healthineers and supported startups in sales and process optimization projects, bridging science, business, and real-world impact.

Focused on evaluating early-stage deep-tech teams. Philipp pairs strategy consulting experience with semiconductor market and intelligence work inside a global market leader. In addition to that, his experience as founder grounds his approach with real-world insight.
